The apartment is placed in the central district Appio, to the 3° plan without elevator, in a calm and nice house of four plans. The position is strategic for the convenience of the connections: subway stop "Colli Albani" to 400 meters, urban bus for the historical center to 50 meters, railway station "Tuscolana" to 800 meters, Taxi to 350 meters. The zone is among the most commercial of Rome, with the famous Appia street that directly connect to the district of St. Giovanni, a showcase of shops long three kilometers!
