MapThe Hotel Zefiro is situated in the centre of Milan, in a peaceful position in the “Città Studi” university quarter, in the eastern part of the city. It is on the ring road and easily reached by car. You can get there from the Centrale Station by tram in ten minutes. There are frequent shuttle buses from the Milan "Malpensa" and "Linate" airports to the central station. Many buses and trams that go straight to Piazza Duomo and Piazza San Babila stop near this Milan hotel.
Elegant, relaxing spaces, with a sober exotic touch: our Milan hotel offers about fifty rooms, including single, doubles and triples, all recently restored, furnished with fine, noble materials. Apart from the rooms, our hotel has a penthouse with two small apartments with a spacious panoramic terrace overlooking the city, also available for long rentals, particularly suitable for the needs of companies, firms, etc.

The very welcoming hall, next to the reception area, is an ideal reading room and lounge. Here you can also take advantage of our slightly secluded, comfortable bar, open 24 hours a day, an area pleasantly distinguished by "trompe l'oeil" decoration depicting a delicate garden in bloom. The decor of the hotel is enriched by a discreet and refined exotic touch: in the bar area, for example, an Indian cupboard contains special bottles of wine; the reading room has characteristic original oriental blinds. Inside our hotel, therefore, we hope you will find a satisfying atmosphere and an inviting environment, that special comfort that comes only from attention and wise and careful choice over the smallest details.
There are about fifty rooms, singles, doubles and triples, all recently restructured and renewed with fine furnishings and modern technological systems. They have new air conditioning systems that you can set according to your personal preference, mini bar, colour television with satellite channels dedicated to news and sport, and telephone with direct external line.
The single rooms have a shower, while the doubles all have bath tubs. All the bathrooms, apart from the courtesy set (shampoo, soap, etc.), are also equipped with a hairdryer.
The two mini apartments, on the penthouse (fifth) floor, in a panoramic position overlooking the city, are composed of a bedroom and a living room with cooking corner, a bathroom and a spacious terrace also with a wonderful view over Milan; the kitchen corner is provided with all the necessary equipment: gas rings, fridge, saucepans, plates, glasses and cutlery. In short, an immediately functional regular apartment that, moreover, offers guests all those services and care reserved for the customers of our Milan hotel. The small apartments are particularly suitable for companies and firms, and for all those people who intend to spend longer periods in the city.

The wine bar, open 24 hours a day, has a very well stocked cellar, with fine wines, collected and chosen with dedication by the owners of this Milan hotel.
At the buffet breakfast you can choose between sweet and/or savoury foods, with the bar always available to serve coffee, tea or cappuccino. You can also have breakfast served in your room.
There is also a room with a work station for your Internet research, while to organize trips, excursions, or to buy air or train tickets, etc. you can always apply to the reception, where we will be very glad to organize any kind of personalised service. If you wish, we can give suggestions on the choice of the many small typical and ethnic restaurants in the area, some of which are very suitable for business lunches and meetings, too.

It takes only a few minutes to reach the beating heart of the city by public transport , where the grandiose, imposing Duomo rises, a treasure chest of master pieces and works of art, the construction of which took no less than four centuries (1386-1813), in the centre of an area full of monuments, of streets, of the most famous places, which is also the economic fulcrum of Milan, the busiest and most frenetic centre of the country, the very heart of national development. Your tourist itinerary can go from the Gallery, the elegant lounge of the city, to the Royal Palace, the seat of international art exhibitions, to the La Scala Opera House and the Brera Art Gallery, to the Sforzesco Castle, which all represent permanent symbols of the cultural life of Milan and of Italy.
Milan is also the capital of high fashion: from San Babila (which you can reach from the hotel by bus no. 54) wind the streets of the famous “fashion quarter”. Here, in Via Montenapoleone, Via Manzoni, Via della Spiga, Via San’Andrea and other streets, the fashion designers work, fashion shows are held, and the major casting and advertising agents have their headquarters. Via Montenapoleone, with its brilliant windows and the elegant crowds, and the showrooms of international designers, is the image itself of luxury and prestige.
The most important museum of the city is the Brera Art Gallery, which houses paintings from the thirteen hundreds up to the last century. Among the works of Italian futurism of the early nineteen hundreds, you can admire the celebrated ancient paintings, such as the absolute masterpiece of the "Dead Christ” by Mantegna (1431-1506), or the famous “Kiss” by Francesco Hayez (1819), the most reproduced work of the Italian eighteen hundreds.

From the Milan “Linate” airport you can:
take a taxi;
take the shuttle bus n. 73 and get off at the stop in Viale Corsica at the Viale Campania intersection. Then continue on the n. 91 bus and get off at the Piazza Ferravilla stop. From here, on foot, take Via Giacinto Gallina, where you will find our hotel.
From the Milan “Malpensa” airport you can:

From the highway, on the east ring road, take the exit for Lambrate. Continue along Via Rombon and then Via Pacini as far as Piazza Piola, and from here take Viale Romagna as far as Piazza Ferravilla, then turn right: then the first street on the left is Via Giacinto Gallina, where our hotel is located.
From the east ring road, take the Via Forlanini exit; after the bridge over the railway, turn right at the first traffic light, then take the third on the left and then left again after the second traffic light.
